Chattanooga Multi-Specialty Outpatient Clinic

TEAM's multi-specialty clinic is licensed with the state of Tennessee as a Diagnostic and Evaluation Center as well as a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic. TEAM's clinical staff sees over 2000 new families every year and over 5000 visits. This clinic specializes in providing evaluation, assessments, and treatments for people of all ages who have developmental disabilities. Examples of developmental disabilities include: autism, behavior disorders, brain injury, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and spina bifida.

Clients are seen by highly skilled clinicians who specialize in developmental disabilities in the areas of developmental medicine, psychology, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and clinical social work. Clients are each uniquely assessed using a 'team' approach, where assessment, diagnoses, and treatment plans are based on the collaborative efforts of specialists in relevant disciplines.

To schedule an appointment at The TEAM Centers, call 423-622-0550 ext 0. TEAM's staff will get some initial information from you and send you an intake packet to complete and turn in (mail or drop off). When we receive your completed intake packet, we will call and schedule your first appointment.
